Mercury Pollution Threatens Our Healthy Future

Toxic mercury pollution from dirty power plants accumulates in Virginia's waterways, contaminating fish and harming the brain development of Virginia's children and the unborn. Even our national parks aren't safe from toxic mercury.

But big industries won't clean up the pollution on their own, and now their lobbyists in Richmond are attacking citizen pollution control panels poised to do the right thing.

Our elected officials need to say "no" to these powerful lobbyists, and let these citizens carry out their moral responsibility to our children by cutting mercury pollution with common-sense, affordable steps.
